Sometimes, to get what you want or or do not seem that you're stupid, you have to put a little wild. Simply dispense the strength to avoid ending up locked in the zoo. And if I get locked into one, locked me in Brussels' Zoo. With Art Déco mosaics. You know ... Just in case [*]

Cold days: crochet days

This weekend, temperatures have gone down a lot and what I wanted was to stay at home. I've take my time to open my 'craft's suitcase' and improve my crochet work and move around with the project of blanket in which I work. The blanket will not be better made, but will be "my first" quilthandmade. I hope to finish before the end of winter to can use it this season. And to be the first and learned by myself, is not so bad, isn't it?

Mirage

You know when you think you see something that later turns out and that's not true? It closely resembles reality, but the truth is finally coming back this illusion usually ends your world upside down and in black and white. It may fool for a while but not forever.  And who wanna live in a mirage? Not me! Hey, you know... Just in case...

Vintage Treasure

The other day I went for coffee with my cousin and his girlfriend when he surprised me with such a treasure ...

At first glance it may seem a box full of rubbish but when you start to stare you realize it's a huge box full of vintage glasses. I wish I were with something to myself. 








Frames of all types and brands. I almost go crazy! And searching and researching in the end I stayed with these two ... I love them!

Roscón de Reyes *Handmade

Of Christmas, the Epiphany is my favorite day. And for the last few years I trying to do, the best I can, the typical sweet, the "Roscón". The truth is I have not yet found the best recipe. This you can see in the pictures is the last I've done and looks great, right? But, call me a perfectionist, I think I can improve. And I never give up, year after year I try different versions until I got the perfect Roscón. Everything, as they say, is a matter of practice ;)

Whenever I start a new year I have the feeling that the counter is reset and I have a book with blank pages to fill with whatever you want. But if also start a decade, then that feeling is multiplied by a thousand and you feel an obligation to live the first of that decade as you would be the remaining nine. Although, always keeping the best memories and experiences of the past, those who have served you to learn. All these we must save them for later use whenever we feel lost or needed.
